The UMO platform is designed for alarm receiving centres to monitor an enormous range of telecare, telehealth, video and security devices. The open UMO platform is designed to support legacy equipment and future technology, with our experience across Europe giving our customers a head start with innovative services and new business models. The UMO platform provides a suite of integrated modules for offering alarm monitoring combined with call centre, lone worker, GPS location, video and security services.

Go Digital

The UMO platform from Verklizan has been monitoring digital IP alarms since 2009. Highly configurable, UMO is at the forefront of IP monitoring, with many tens of thousands of IP telecare alarms already connected and monitored.

Digital has an ‘always-on’ connection between a wider range of devices, which allows them to communicate continuously over the internet, ensuring that service users are safer than ever before.

Cloud Based

As well as receiving digital alarm calls, UMO can also be installed using our cloud-based environment, which removes the need to have physical servers installed in the service provider’s offices, using high grade datacentres instead. This makes the platform more flexible and easier to expand, without the worry and cost of adding extra hardware.

UMO Web

With our new range of Web and mobile applications we want to revolutionise the relationship between monitoring centre and carers, family members and other chain partners.

In an entirely new concept to the telecare and telehealth market, our UMO Apps and Web applications – designed for ease of use through smart phones, tablets and or web browser – are allowing professionals and informal carers to access data held at a monitoring centre from anywhere.

This transition will support both internal, external personnel and clients to become integral partners in providing services and support.

UMO ClientInfo Web

UMO ClientInfo Web offers a complete solution for managing client data through a web-based client management system. The module offers secure remote access for employees, but also allows data management access to specific groups of subscribers for customer organisations and other chain partners.

MyUmo Web

MyUMO can provide end-users, or their family, with access to their client information and enable them to send update requests directly to the UMO platform. It can also be used for up-selling, offering other services provided by your organisation. The MyUMO Web portal can be branded to meet your corporate identity with your own logo.

UMO Mobile App

Our UMO Mobile App – designed for ease of use through smart phones, – is allowing professionals and informal carers to access data held at a monitoring centre from anywhere.

UMO Responder App

It is vital for professional care workers in the field to have access to the most up-to-date client information when responding to an emergency situation. This information is currently shared between the operator and the care worker by telephone; a time-consuming and error-prone process. The UMO Responder App offers an easy and secure solution to send follow-up requests to care workers in the field. After receipt via the app, the care worker has direct access to the most up-to-date client and alarm details in the UMO platform.

In addition to mobile responses, the UMO Responder App also provides the option of supplementing client details by adding notes to the client records in the UMO platform.
